Naji H. Kelley, Founding Principal
Naji H. Kelley is an avid connector and relationship builder, with an extensive background in media and communications, logistics management, information technology, small businesses, and business development.
In November 2020, Naji launched his latest venture into real estate. As a real estate investor and developer, he’s focused on serving as a steward of physical change in communities through his development projects.
After completing ULI Cleveland 2021 comprehensive 10-week real estate development training and mentorship program. Naji further engaged with ULI Cleveland to participated in ULI Cleveland Young Leaders Forum Program, building relationships with real estate developers, and touring multi-disciplinary development projects around the city of Cleveland, OH.
Naji now serves as the Principal of NHK Companies, a real estate investment and development firm focused on transforming communities through responsible development and asset stewardship.
